An eighty-year-old retailer with 41 UK locations has invited a proposal. Six wallets on No are losing to two on Yes.

Harrow & Sons approached the Association, not the other way around. Their finance director wants to understand settlement cost and chargeback exposure, and has asked for a named integrator and a pilot store.
Lock on Yes if you think the Association should put resource into this: a costed proposal, an integrator introduction, and a pilot at one location. Lock on No if you think retail pilots of this size have not converted before and the resource is better spent elsewhere.
Worth knowing before you lock: six wallets are on No and two are on Yes, and Yes is ahead by about twenty points. One holder is carrying almost all of that. That is a legitimate use of this mechanic and it is exactly the situation it is designed to make visible rather than to hide behind a headcount. The holder list below shows who, and for how long.
