Two marks are in use. The yellow circle with the white B is what exchanges, aggregators and wallets render today. The dragon is what most of the community actually uses, and it is what appears on the majority of independently produced material.
Running both has a real cost: every integration that adds BSV has to be told which one is current, and the answer has been "it depends" for three years.
Lock on Yes to make the dragon primary, with the circle retired to a legacy asset pack over six months. Lock on No to keep the circle as the primary mark and treat the dragon as a community mark with no official standing.
This is the proposal the Association has committed to be bound by, whichever way it goes. There is no advisory reading of this result.
