Yes led on coin-days throughout and still did not carry, because the proposal set a 500 BSV day quorum and the total came to 317. The result is inconclusive, not Yes.
This is worth understanding rather than skipping past. A majority of a small number is not a mandate to spend, and recording this as a Yes because Yes was ahead would let any proposal pass on the enthusiasm of a handful of wallets. Quorum is the organiser's protection against their own proposal.
