Halden Exchange closed its BSV listing review in 2023 citing "insufficient demonstrated demand". Their listings team has since said, in writing, that a capital-weighted signal would reopen the file, which is a materially different test from a petition signature count.
This proposal is that signal. Lock on Yes if you want the Association to submit a formal listing request on the community's behalf, with the coin-day total and the wallet count attached. Lock on No if you think the integration cost and the exchange's terms are not worth pursuing right now.
Halden is paying for the analytics tier on this proposal, which means they see the same breakdown you do: the wallet count behind each side, cohort sizes, and the coin-day series. They do not see your identity key, and they cannot see anything about holders who have not locked here.
